Preamble

G.S.R. 345(E).--Whereas the draft of the rules, as required under sections 133 and 134 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020) was published in the Official Gazette vide G.S.R 934 (E), dated the 30th December 2025 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby on or before the expiry of a period of forty-five days from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette containing the said notification were made available to the public; And whereas the copies of the Gazette notification were made available to the public on the 30th December, 2025; And whereas the objections and suggestions received from the public in respect of the draft rules have been duly considered by the Central Government; Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 133 and 134 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020) and in supersession of the-
