The Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014

G.S.R. 250(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3, section 4, subsections (5) and (6) of section 5, section 6, sub-section (1) and (2) of section 7, subsection (1) and (2) of section 8, clauses (a) and (b) of subsection (1) of section 11, subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5) of section 12, sub-sections (3), (4) and proviso to sub-section (5) of section 13, sub sectionDefined in rule 2(f): Section means the section of the Act; (2) Words and expressions used in these rules but not defined and defined in the Act or in Companies (Specification of definitions details) Rules, 2014 shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act and said rules.
