1Rule 12 (Extract of annual return, requiring the extract to be attached to the Board's report in Form No. MGT.9, subject to a proviso inserted by G.S.R. 538(E), dated 28th August, 2020 (Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2020), exempting a company that disclosed the annual return's web link in the Board's report) was subs. by G.S.R. 159(E), dated 5th March, 2021 (Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2021), w.e.f. 5th March, 2021.A copy of the annual return shall be filed with the Registrar with such fees as may be specified for this purpose.
