Section 34 Crediting sums realised by way of penalties to Consolidated Fund of India
All sums realised by way of penalties imposed by the BoardDefined in section 2(c): Board means the Data Protection Board of India established by the Central Government under section 18 under this Act, shall be credited to the Consolidated Fund of India.
