Rule 4 Certificate of status of dormant company

The Registrar shall, after considering the application filed in FormDefined in rule 2(d): Form or e Form means a form set forth in Annexure to these rules which shall be used for the matter to which it relates MSC-1, issue a certificate in FormDefined in rule 2(d): Form or e Form means a form set forth in Annexure to these rules which shall be used for the matter to which it relates MSC-2 allowing the status of a Dormant Company to the applicant.
