The Board of directors of 1Words subs. for "every listed company" vide G.S.R. 429(E), dated 7th May, 2018 (Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Amendment Rules, 2018), w.e.f. 7th May, 2018.every listed public company and a company covered under rule 4 of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 shall constitute an 'Audit Committee' and a 'Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board'.
