An outgoing memberDefined in rule 2(o): member means a member of the Board shall be eligible for re-nomination for the membership of the BoardDefined in rule 2(e): Board means the Central Advisory Board constituted by the Central Government under sub section (1) of section 42 for not more than total two terms.
